Car upholstery cleaning & odour removal
Fabric seats and carpets are the car's sponge: they trap dust, sweat, spilled drinks and odours far below the surface you can see. Regular vacuuming only takes what's on top — the rest stays in the fibre and greets you every time you get in.
At Verk Detailing we deep-clean upholstery with injection-extraction and treat odours at the source, with ozone and enzymes — we don't cover them with fragrance.
Hot-water injection-extraction for seats and carpets
The injection-extraction machine sprays hot-water cleaning solution directly into the fabric fibre and vacuums it back instantly, together with the dissolved dirt. The process repeats until the extracted water runs clear — only then is the seat genuinely clean, not just surface-clean.
The method works on seats, benches, carpets, floor mats and the boot, and lifts stains from coffee, juice, mud, kids and pets.
Odours get eliminated, not masked
Cigarette, pet or damp smells live in two places: in the textiles and in the air moving through the ventilation system. After deep-cleaning the materials, an ozone treatment oxidises odour molecules throughout the cabin, while enzymatic solutions break down the organic sources left in the fibre.
The combination neutralises the smell at its origin — instead of covering it with air freshener for a few days.
Upholstery cleaning prices
Cleaning fabric seats and benches costs 400 lei, and the interior plastics treatment 150 lei — both available individually, without a package.
If you want the whole interior done at once, the Interior Pro package (from 720 lei, depending on car size) includes injection-extraction plus the complete cabin clean, headliner to floor mats.
Booking and duration
For fabric seats the process usually takes a few hours, including initial drying. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the interior for an instant estimate — we're in Militari, at Bulevardul Iuliu Maniu 246, Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00.

Questions about this service
What kinds of stains can be removed from upholstery?
Coffee, juice, milk, mud, sweat, pet marks — practically anything that hasn't chemically discoloured the fabric. Results on very old stains can vary; we tell you honestly what to expect after inspection.
How long do seats take to dry after cleaning?
Extraction removes most of the moisture immediately; seats stay slightly damp and dry fully within a few hours. You can use the car the same day.
Does cigarette smell go away for good?
Yes, when treated properly: deep textile cleaning plus an ozone and enzyme treatment. Perfuming alone only masks it — we remove it from the materials and the cabin air.
Is the ozone treatment safe for the interior?
Yes. Ozone is applied in a controlled way with the car empty, and after airing out no residue remains — it naturally decomposes into oxygen. It's the standard detailing method for odour neutralisation.
